This Privacy Policy explains how AISOFT DEVELOPMENT LLC (“AISOFT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information.
AISOFT DEVELOPMENT LLC operates under various brands and trade names, including Revenav, Vanodar, and ATAN Robotics. In this Privacy Policy, “AISOFT,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AISOFT DEVELOPMENT LLC, these named brands, and any other AISOFT DEVELOPMENT LLC brand or service that links to this Privacy Policy, unless a separate privacy notice applies.
This Policy applies to our websites, applications, landing pages, advertisements, communications, digital and physical services, development services, robotics-integration services, lead-generation activities, and other products or services that link to or reference this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy generally covers website visitors, prospective customers, customers, vendors, business partners, and other business contacts. Additional notices or contractual terms may apply to particular Services or relationships.
1. Our Role
Depending on the circumstances, AISOFT may process personal information:
For our own business purposes;
On behalf of a customer under a services agreement;
In connection with lead generation, marketing, advertising, referrals, or business-development activities; or
As otherwise described when information is collected.
When we process personal information solely on behalf of a customer, that customer may determine how the information is handled. Requests concerning that information may need to be directed to the relevant customer.
2. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how a person interacts with us and which Services are involved. It may include:
Contact and identity information
Names, business names, job titles, usernames, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and similar identifiers.
Business and professional information
Employer, industry, professional interests, company size, business needs, purchasing authority, professional profiles, and information concerning a business relationship or potential transaction.
Account and transaction information
Account credentials, subscription information, order history, project information, invoices, billing details, transaction records, and customer-support history. Payment-card information may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by AISOFT.
Communications and submitted content
Emails, messages, form submissions, survey responses, support requests, project materials, files, feedback, and other information provided through the Services or in communications with us.
Device, usage, and internet information
IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of access, session information, advertising identifiers, and interactions with our websites, applications, emails, or advertisements.
Marketing and lead information
Contact details, professional information, marketing preferences, campaign engagement, lead source, inferred interests, and information obtained from public sources, referrals, advertising partners, event organizers, data providers, customers, or other business partners.
Other information
We may collect other personal information when reasonably necessary to provide a requested Service, complete a transaction, comply with law, protect our systems or rights, or fulfill another purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
Our Services are not designed to collect sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a particular Service or voluntarily supplied to us. Please do not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information:

Automatically through websites, applications, devices, cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies;
From customers, vendors, referral partners, marketing partners, advertising platforms, lead-generation providers, and other business partners;

By combining information obtained from multiple sources.
4. How We Use Personal Information

We do not generally use customer-submitted confidential content to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models unless permitted by the applicable agreement, instructions, or authorization. Service providers used to process content may have separate contractual data-handling terms.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers or advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage, tags, and similar technologies. These technologies may:
Operate and secure the Services;
Remember settings and preferences;
Measure traffic and usage;
Evaluate marketing campaigns;
Identify prospective customers;
Personalize content or advertising; and
Support cross-site or interest-based advertising.
Third parties may collect information about activity over time and across different websites, applications, devices, or services. Browser settings and industry opt-out tools may allow users to control some technologies, although disabling them may affect functionality.
Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:

Hosting providers, cloud platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, communications tools, customer-relationship-management platforms, security providers, professional advisers, contractors, and other vendors that support our operations.
Customers and business partners
Customers, referral partners, integration partners, resellers, advertisers, publishers, event partners, and other organizations involved in providing Services, completing transactions, developing leads, or pursuing business opportunities.
Advertising and marketing partners
Advertising networks, social-media platforms, analytics companies, marketing platforms, data providers, and similar partners that help us market Services, identify prospects, measure campaigns, or deliver relevant advertising.
Legal and safety recipients
Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, professional advisers, and other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate wrongdoing, or enforce an agreement.
Corporate-transaction recipients
Potential or actual buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, and other parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
We may also disclose information at an individual’s direction, with appropriate authorization, or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.
We may disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to a particular individual. We will not attempt to reidentify information that applicable law requires us to maintain as deidentified.
7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Some lead-generation, advertising, analytics, and marketing activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Depending on our activities, we may sell or share the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers and contact information;
Business and professional information;
Internet or electronic activity information;
Commercial information;
Marketing and lead information; and
Inferences concerning business interests or potential purchasing needs.
These categories may be sold or shared with customers, referral partners, advertising platforms, marketing partners, analytics providers, or other business partners for lead generation, advertising, referrals, analytics, or business development.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 18.
Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, a person may submit an opt-out request by emailing privacy@aisoft.dev with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” The request should include enough information for us to identify the relevant person or record.
Where required by applicable law, we will also recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
Mobile and Text-Messaging Information
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent collected in connection with an AISOFT text-messaging program will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile numbers, messaging data, and consent records to telecommunications carriers, aggregators, platform providers, and other service providers solely as necessary to operate, administer, and support our text-messaging programs.
AISOFT may otherwise disclose a mobile telephone number as contact or lead information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy where permitted by applicable law. However, disclosure of a mobile number does not transfer or constitute consent for the recipient to send text messages. Each sender must independently obtain any consent required to send text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is specific to the AISOFT brand identified when consent is obtained and is not transferable to another person, company, brand, or affiliate unless the individual separately and expressly consents.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining business and transaction records, managing customer and prospect relationships, conducting marketing, protecting systems, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, contractual requirements, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements. We may retain information longer when necessary for litigation, investigations, legal holds, security, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We may retain aggregated or deidentified information for a longer period when it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system, network, storage method, or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Individuals should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or other unsecured channels.
10. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where a person resides and subject to applicable exceptions, that person may have the right to:
Request access to or confirmation of personal information we process;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of personal information;
Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
Opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising;
Withdraw consent when processing is based on consent;
Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; and
Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email privacy@aisoft.dev and describe the request. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information is needed to complete a transaction, provide a requested Service, comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, maintain records, or establish or defend legal claims.
If we deny an appealable request, the response will explain how to appeal where applicable.
Marketing emails may be stopped by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even after an opt-out, we may send nonmarketing communications relating to active services, transactions, security, or legal matters.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. AISOFT is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of unaffiliated third-party services.
12. International Processing
AISOFT is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we, our customers, vendors, or service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws of the jurisdiction where the information was collected.
When required, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism for an international transfer.
Our Services are not specifically directed to individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If activities become subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, we will process personal information under an appropriate legal basis and provide any additional rights or disclosures required by applicable law.
13. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and adults acting in a professional or commercial capacity. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information to us may contact us at privacy@aisoft.dev.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, Services, technology, or legal obligations. The effective date at the top will indicate when the latest version became effective.
If a change materially affects how we handle previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
